Work Order Processor & Assistant Coordinator
We are an American Small Business looking for administrative help with our small home repairs business.
We send 30+ subcontractors to complete small and large projects at foreclosed homes. They take hundreds of before, during, after, and bid photos. We need help reviewing these photos, finding errors, submitting these work orders to various client software systems, writing reports, and writing bids.
If you love details, can stare at a screen and review checklists for hours, and can work diligently with minimal supervision you are an ideal candidate. This job requires many hours of training and learning different client software(s) and rules.
*Attention. If you are an agency or looking to service multiple clients, this job is not for you. We employ several people from the Philippines and they are valued members of our team. This job requires full-time commitment.

Here is our ideal applicant:
Fluent in spoken and written English. Little to no accent is a requirement.
Lots of
Basic computer skills are needed. Especially Google Workspace and sheets.
High-speed internet and a quiet place to work and accept phone calls.
Extreme detail orientation.
Ability to follow instructions and processes.
Enjoys working with different personalities and setting people at ease when they are stressed.
Willing to work as an administrative assistant/project manager assistant.
