Customer Service / Order Processing - Online Pharmacy

An experienced Virtual Customer Service representative wanted for an order processing and customer service position for an established and rapidly expanding Canadian Internet Pharmacy. Work from home, full-time, 40 hours per week.
You must have a quiet home office environment with a good quality PC, headset and high-speed internet.
The salary is from PHP 30k to 40k, negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.

You must have experience working from home in the medical field. Being a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician, or Nurse is a definite asset.

Your qualities include a High Level of:
English spoken and written
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Speed, Accuracy, Organization & Attention to detail

Your duties include processing orders coming in online, verifying prescriptions, responding to customer inquiries over the phone, and emailing clients.

You must be able to work during the Day time in the USA (Night shift in PH).
