Salary: $4/hour and review after 60 days.

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Commercial Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential sellers, and investors in the real estate market through outbound cold calling. Your goal is to initiate conversations, gather essential information, and qualify leads to facilitate successful transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, resilience in the face of rejection, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to identify prospective sellers, and investors in the real estate market.
2. Gather pertinent information from leads, including property details, buying or selling motivations, and investment criteria.
3. Qualify leads based on their level of interest, financial capability, and urgency to proceed with transactions.
4. Schedule appointments for our Managing Partners with qualified leads, ensuring seamless handoff and follow-up.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
6. Nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-up calls, text and email to keep them engaged and informed.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation tactics for maximum effectiveness.
8. Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and investment opportunities to provide valuable insights to prospects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in outbound business to business (B2B) cold calling, preferably in the real estate sector.
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
3. Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and objections, with a focus on achieving results.
4. Ability to identify and qualify potential sellers, and investors based on their needs and preferences.
5. Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and tracking activities.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and expectations.
7. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment strategies is advantageous.
