Gym Virtual Assistant

Arsen’s Gym Located in Connecticut USA is looking to fill 2 available remote virtual assistant positions. Your job will be to answer the phone as customers call in and help them with what they need.
• Answer customer questions
• Get familiar with using our Gym Software
• Able to answer customer concerns through phone and email
• Able to enforce the gyms policies effectively
• Help customers cancel, upgrade, downgrade their memberships
• Refer the customer to speak to the right department.
• Report on each call made.
• Make out going call asking for people to update their billing information.
• Sign people up for memberships over the phone.


Requirements:
1. Need to speak English very well.
2. Be friendly and have good communication skills.
3. Experience in customer service
4. Experience working with computers
