* Employ task management tools like Trello and Asana for tracking assignments and deadlines.
* Be proficient in office software and spreadsheets, including MS Office and Google Suite.
* Handle online scheduling and calendar management tools, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling.
* Maintain clear and prompt communication through email and instant messaging platforms.
* Showcase excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently

REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant role or similar.
* Knowledgeable in managing social media accounts for business.
* Proficient in using project management applications such as Trello and Asana.
* Strong skills in office applications and spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
* Experienced with online scheduling and calendar management tools.
