Part-time Executive Assistant

Hi there!

We're looking for a part-time Executive Assistant!

Please do not apply if you do not have at least one year relevant experience in remote executive assistance.

We're looking for someone with experience on:

Executive Assistance
- Email Management / Drafting and Responses
- Creating and Managing Email Campaigns
- Admin Tasks
- Client-Facing Experience

WEEKLY TASKS:

- Help upload marketing emails and ensure they are scheduled to the right list
- Transfer any unresponsive leads to automated email series
- Help respond to and schedule calls with new leads
- Longer term lead follow up
- Reach out to clients that review us on MBO to cut and paste review to google
- Help monitor admin email
- Engage with new followers on IG
- Sending follow-up messages to inactive clients or clients that forget to book
- Send weekly reports

PROJECT BASED:

- Help contact Mindbody to resolve a problem with the email marketing system
- Help with organizing email lists
- Ensure email series are set up properly
- Help create a better system for following up clients

- Able to work independently
- In control
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent spoken and written English

This is in Pacific Standard Time (PST) from 7:30 AM - 11 AM.
This is a Part-time job that may transition to Full-time.
