Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo / 3+ Years Experience)

A new opportunity has become available for an Email Marketing manager to join Skayl, a fast-growing remote working UK-based digital marketing agency working with clients in the UK & USA.

As Email Marketing Manager, you will join Skayl with a minimum of 3 years of email marketing experience, specifically with expertise in Klaviyo. Your role will involve leading the development and execution of email strategies to improve open rates, click rates, traffic, and conversions on our client's websites. You will have the support of the wider team which includes our Performance Marketing Director and Account Managers to ensure you achieve our clients' goals.

Role specification:

- Lead the development and execution of email strategies to improve open rates, click rates, traffic, and conversions on our client's websites.
- Experience with custom properties, sign up forms, and complex automated flows.
- Manage hands-on execution of Email tasks and delegate sub-tasks within the team.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce is preferred.
- Ability to report Email marketing metrics to showcase your work.
- Report key metrics and campaign performance to the Performance Marketing Director and clients.

Required:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Email Marketing with strong proficiency in Klaviyo.
- Ability to design email templates in Klaviyo and assist with copywriting.
- Ability to make small design changes in Adobe editing software.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and commitment to performance optimisation.
- Organised yet flexible, able to prioritise own and others’ workload to meet agreed deadlines.
- Exceptional technical skills in Email Marketing, with a solid understanding of new and returning customers.
