Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is an advantage.

-Prior experience in sales such as sales representative, account executive, or sales team leader for at least a year.

-Strong leadership qualities to effectively lead and motivate their sales teams.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Experienced in working as a Virtual Assistant.

-Experienced in working in a Call Center.

-Must be able to analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

-A customer-centric mindset is crucial for understanding customer needs, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

-Strategic Thinking: need to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

-Organizational Skills

-Negotiation Skills.

-Proficiency with sales management software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools.
