Call Center Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Call Center Trainer with impeccable spoken and written English skills to join our Aventus team.

About the Role:

This role demands the ability to manage training programs for multiple clients simultaneously with the commitment to maintaining high levels of expertise in varied domains. The trainer is responsible for crafting engaging content and training materials for our online learning systems, conceptualizing new campaigns, and enhancing existing ones. Additionally, The Training Professional is responsible for leading remote self-paced and instructor-led training sessions as required.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the training manager and other departments to strategize for upcoming campaigns.
- Engage closely with our client-success team and clients to understand their training requirements, facilitate product/service training, adjust content accordingly, and ensure that all training objectives are met.
- Design and create comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, encompassing VIDEO SOPs, presentations, LMS courses, and instructor-led training agendas.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for groups and individuals utilizing a mix of instructor-led and self-directed learning methodologies as needed.
- Curate educational materials such as learning modules, videos, and slideshows.
- Perform evaluations to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Monitor trainee performance and training responsiveness.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of proven training experience in the BPO industry
- 40 working hours per week with five 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break. Availability to work weekends if needed.
- Equipment (Updated laptop/desktop with a functioning camera, reliable internet connection, quiet workplace)
- English Proficiency: C2 (Impeccable grammar and fluent speaking)
- Proficient in CRMs, LMS, AI content tools, Google spreadsheets, slides, building reports
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation
