Financial Analyst - VA (Women Only)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. This role is responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, as well as ensuring accurate input of financial data into our invoicing software and operational databases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Sheets, invoicing software, and database management, with a strong background in accounting documentation, particularly within the digital space.

Responsibilities:
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Input financial data from Google Sheets into invoicing software with precision and accuracy.
Build and manage business operational databases to streamline financial documentation processes.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data to maintain data integrity.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial documentation procedures and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to financial documentation and accounting in the digital space.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Solid Internet Connection and able to work without interruptions.
Proven experience working with Google Sheets, invoicing software, and business operational databases.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the digital space.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous experience in financial documentation for digital platforms or technology companies is preferred.
Accounting certification is a bonus.
