Working for a Senior Account Manager, you will be targeted to ensure a portfolio of clients is managed effectively and maintain business relationships to maximise clients' return on advertising spend.

The successful candidate will have at least a year's experience relating to Amazon Advertising or Organic Amazon Management, be a strong communicator, and be able to build rapport easily with clients.

Key Skills & Experiences

Must Have:
• Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, or sales, with a strong focus on Amazon marketplace.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays.
• Experience in managing eBay advertising campaigns, including Promoted Listings and Off-site Ads.
• Familiarity with Amazon's automatic pricing tools, such as Amazon's algorithmic repricing or third-party repricing software.
• Experience improving Amazon Listings using IDQ information.
• Experience improving Amazon product & policy compliance.
• Experience improving Amazon Voice of the Customer.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Advantageous to have:
• Experience using Cobalt, Xsellco, Repricer or similar packages for automated pricing and repricing strategies an advantage.
• Skilled in multiple languages, including English (Required) and also German, Dutch and/or French language.
