We are seeking a proactive and assertive HR Assistant to join our team in a fast - paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the recruitment process from end to end, utilizing platforms like Indeed and conducting virtual interviews.
Working Hours: Part-time position with working hours from 10:00am-2:00pm, allowing flexibility while ensuring productivity.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management: Handle the entire recruitment process, from assisting with posting job ads to sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings.
2. Applicant Platform Expertise: Utilize applicant platforms like Indeed to manage candidate applications and track progress throughout the hiring process.
3. Candidate Interviews: Conduct virtual interviews with candidates, assessing their qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
4. On-boarding: Coordinate and facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
5. Hiring Best Candidate: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hire the best-suited candidates.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and hiring processes.
2. Applicant Platform Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems/platforms like Indeed for managing candidate applications.
3. Interviewing Skills: Ability to conduct a minimum of 3 virtual interviews per day and effectively assess candidate suitability.
4. Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated proactive approach in handling tasks and solving recruitment-related challenges.
5. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company positively during interactions with candidates.
6. Technical Proficiency: Possess reliable technical tools (computer, internet connection) to complete tasks remotely.
