CodeCrafters (YC S22) makes programming challenges for experienced software engineers. Besides YC, we're backed by the founders of Instagram and Dropbox. Our customers are experienced engineers at companies like Google, GitHub, Stripe, etc.
We're hiring for sales / BD roles that will work together with the CEO on enterprise deals, as well as manage key influencer partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Run prospecting & discovery for key accounts
- Diligently follow up & stay on top of timelines
- Own outcomes and report stats to the team
- Answer questions for customers, offer ideas, ensure success
Requirements:
- Excellent written and conversational English skills
- Minimum 3yr+ of professional experience with software sales as an SDR, AE, BDR, etc. — or equivalent marketing roles
- You are motivated, creative, scrappy, and enjoy self-directed work
- Strong bonus: Familiarity with the needs and interests of software engineers, learning and development teams, benefits and compensation managers, etc.
About the interview
1. 20 min introductory call with a member of our people team
2. If there’s a fit, we’ll do a take-home assignment (up to 4hrs total)
3. 60 min call with the CEO re:past experiences
4. 15 min call with the CTO (to prevent bias)
