simple web design

Looking for someone to build a simple google sites web page for my real estate business. It just needs to look clean and professional. Just one page. I'm not building the site to gain traffic for the business, its to build by business credit profile. I will provide a short list of the items that will need to be included on the website (pretty much just business name, address, email, phone number). Please look at AND REFERENCE a few "turnkey real estate" websites for a general idea of whats out there, but know that it will be simplified down to a single page. Also need to be sure that the page is live on google sites and provide any necessary troubleshooting needed. I already have the domain
