Intermediate/Senior AU Tax Accountant Full Time

We are a Tax and Business Advisory Practice in Australia. It is also an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced accountant to join our team. Full Time Preferred or Part time .

More Than 6 years of Strong AU tax experience needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reviewing of work completed by team.

· Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Income Tax Returns for a various entity types

Applying accounting skills and knowledge to client accounts and financial reports
Preparing financial statements
Preparing concise working papers
Meeting lodgment dates
Preparing client advice and correspondence
Other duties as requested by the Director
Core competencies

· Strong working knowledge of Xero Tax XPM and Xero Ledger

· Working knowledge of accounting and tax principals

· Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. EXCEL, Word & Teams)

· Excellent written and spoken English

· High attention to detail

· Excellent time management skills

· A team player with a “can do attitude” who enjoys working with others

Salary is subject to level of experience.

Education

· Tertiary qualification in Accounting
