Job Title: Part-Time SEO/SEM/PPC Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: 20 hours per week, contract role/free lancer

At Empulse Group, an Australian based start-up, we are at the forefront of eCommerce retail and BPO / digital agency innovation. We are in search of a seasoned SEO/SEM/PPC Specialist to oversee the online presence and rapid traction of three key websites. This remote position is designed for a flexible, pressure-resilient professional eager to drive remarkable results in search engine visibility and digital marketing ROI.
Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns for three primary websites.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and implementation to boost organic search results and visibility.
• Oversee PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords and Bing, ensuring optimal performance and rapid traction with Google.
• Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on SEO, SEM, and PPC metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
• Adapt to industry changes and updates from search engines to keep strategies innovative and effective.
• Provide regular weekly insights to the leadership team on how to improve traction of the websites.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple websites and achieving significant search engine visibility and marketing results.
• In-depth knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEM tools like Moz or SEMrush.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to report results and progress on weekly basis in a succinct report, easily demonstrating progress made on platforms.
• Ability to work seamlessly as part of the team and take direction.
• Must have own equipment to fulfill all relevant tasks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, reading, and writing skills.
