OutsourcePro is an innovative Australian start-up specializing in BPO, and digital agency services. We are forming our sales team and seeking a proactive, ambitious Business Development Manager to help establish and grow sales. This multifaceted role involves leading the sales process and generating leads across three distinct business units: a sports merchandise company, a BPO agency, and a digital agency offering web design and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in sales, and is eager to drive business growth. You will oversee and gradually recruit a team of commission-based salespeople, reporting directly to the business owners. We are looking for a long-term player ready to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the eCommerce, BPO, and digital services sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to enhance sustained profitability.
• Work closely with the leadership team to create strategies that enhance our market presence and product offerings.
• Create detailed proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our services.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to seize new business opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Recruit, lead, and manage a commission-based sales team.
Requirements:
• A proven track record in business development or sales within the BPO, technology, eCommerce, or digital services industries.
• Deep understanding of local, regional and western based (USA, EU, Middle East, Australia and NZ) market dynamics.
• Exceptional networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Skilled in cold calling, generating leads, and closing deals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, PR/Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
