General Requirements:

o A bachelor's degree in business, management, project management, or a related field is required.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers,
stakeholders, and senior management.
o Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
o Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities within the project timeline.
o Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and processes.
o Demonstration of leadership potential and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
o Awareness of risk management concepts and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
o Capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and make decisions to keep the project on track.
o Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Basic analytical skills to assess project data, track progress, and make informed decisions.

Soft Skills:
o Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in identifying areas for improvement.
o Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.
