JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Linkedin Ads, Tiktok Ads[good to have but not required]) and a strong foundation in SEO practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing both our company and our client's online visibility, driving targeted traffic, and maximising conversions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, managing Ad campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to optimise results.

Responsibilities:
- Set up Ads accounts for new clients as needed
- Execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta), Instagram, TikTok Ads, and Linkedin Ads.
- Create campaigns, target keywords, write ad copy, and optimize results
- Take ownership and manage all aspects of advertising campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to ensure campaigns are targeted and impactful
- Create compelling ad creatives and optimise campaigns for maximum performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide detailed reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research for both PPC campaigns and SEO content strategy to target relevant audiences effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients remain ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin) and SEO.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, with a focus on PPC and SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Super detail-oriented; High-level DISC assessment of C or S.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes.

- Strong team player with a self-driven attitude and a passion for learning.
- Open and communicative, with a willingness to collaborate and share ideas.
