Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled E-commerce Graphics/Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in creating visually compelling graphics and animations that resonate with diverse audiences across various digital platforms, particularly for direct-to-consumer e-commerce ads designed to drive high conversion rates.

Responsibilities:
• Design and produce engaging graphics and motion graphics specifically tailored for e-commerce platforms and social media ads, including Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop for high-quality video and image editing.
• Develop creative solutions that enhance digital marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all media.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop concepts and bring creative ideas to life.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, video production, and graphic design principles.
• Proven experience in designing high-converting ads for direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
