[LONG TERM] Virtual Assistant / Content Manager for my YouTube Channels

Job Type: Full-time, Daily Job, around 6-8 hours per day.

About the Channels:

Hey there! I run four YouTube channels and I'm eager to launch more. Currently, I'm handling everything solo, but to grow to the next level, I need a right-hand person to help with quality checks on scripts, videos, thumbnails, and eventually, the entire production process. The team currently consists of around 35-40 members, expanding to 50 soon. Our vision is to entertain, inspire, and educate our viewers throughout the world through engaging content that spans nostalgia, discovery, and creativity.
Let me tell you about the channels. Two of them tap into nostalgia, focusing on celebrities and iconic Upgrade to see actual infonts from the 1960s to the 1980s. Two channels delve into space, discovery, and more. (Channel names can be sent upon request.)

Job Description:
As someone overseeing day-to-day operations, you'll maintain and enhance content quality. Initially, you'll review scripts and evaluate videos. You'll work closely with me and the team to refine content and make it shine. I already have an assistant who does all the channel uploads, so we don’t need to worry about that. As we sync up, we could even expand your role to more tasks, such as creating some simple thumbnails, and even topic research.
Responsibilities:

Proven YouTube Channel management/content management experience. Impeccable English skills, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.
