JOB OVERVIEW

Objective of this Role:
We're seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to help expand and implement a comprehensive social media plan for our newly launched industry analyst business and my personal online brand.

Our company specializes in enterprise communication and workplace collaboration tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and related devices. We also talk about hybrid work, company culture, and employee experience.

Your mission will be to enhance our brand presence across two distinct brands: our founder's personal accounts and our business accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Develop content in predefined categories that align with our brand values and industry focus.
• NOTE: I will create my own blog posts and videos, but you will need to add these to the social media workflow.
• Create a consistent posting schedule and manage the calendar for both brands.
• Conduct research into relevant industry trends, news, and updates to generate engaging content.
• Craft and submit posts for approval.
• Schedule approved content using a social media management tool.
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement and suggest improvements.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience in managing social media platforms for businesses, particularly Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter.
• Strong research skills to uncover relevant news and trends.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to craft strategic content and tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Details:
• Hours: 10 hours per week.
• Pay: Starting at $6 per hour, with increase to $8 per hour based on performance.
• Agreement: Weekly agreement for the first three weeks, transitioning to a permanent position and pay increase upon successful evaluation.
