Real Estate Photography Virtual Assistant

Review and quality check photo editing work from overseas editors
Ensure accurate invoicing, order details, and client information
Ensure all properties are properly measured using the RMS guidelines.
Handle inbound client inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
Assist with coordinating schedules, appointments, and team processes.
Edit exterior real estate photos using Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficiencies.


Requirements:
Must have internet speed of at least 250/mb per second download and 100/mb per second upload.
Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop for photo editing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with applications like Hubspot, Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, dropbox.

Availability during business hours (9am - 5pm Mountain Time)
Potential for process improvement and team coordination
Handling a high volume of orders and client inquiries
