Job Description:
As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our CRM system to streamline our operations and improve customer interactions. Your main goal will be to develop a robust CRM database from scratch and ensure its optimal functionality by managing data imports, fixing duplications, and enhancing data segmentation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and set up a comprehensive CRM database within HubSpot.
Import and integrate data from various sources into the CRM system.
Identify and resolve issues related to duplicate data uploads and other discrepancies.
Customize the CRM environment to suit the specific needs of the business, including data segmentation and workflow automation.
Continuously evaluate and refine CRM practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing support and training to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on HubSpot CRM functionalities.
Requirements:

A minimum of two years of experience in CRM management, specifically with HubSpot.
Proven expertise in creating and managing CRM databases from scratch.
Strong understanding of data importation techniques and data integrity management.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM data uploads and system integrations.
Experience with customizing CRM systems and implementing data segmentation.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in HubSpot CRM is highly desirable.
Experience in a remote working environment.
