JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!
I’m a professional Comedy Magician looking for an executive assistant to help manage my business.
You’d be in charge of handling a variety of tasks, such as answering and scheduling emails, organizing schedules and calendars, and data entry and organization.

Requirements and Experience:

- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent organization and scheduling skills
- Experience working with a CRM is a plus
- Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation is a plus
- Experience with Graphic Design is a plus
- Social media experience is a plus
- Availability during business hours in Central Standard Time (USA)

Responsibilities include:

- Corresponding with current and potential clients
- Scheduling sales calls, bookings, and other appointments in a calendar
- Generating leads and managing email outreach campaigns
- Summarizing and sending sales call information to clients
- Track inquiry and booking information
- Creating and sending out invoices, contracts, and other documents to clients

live events, theatres, and cruise ships for 35 years.

I’m looking for a team player to help bring world-class entertainment to events, companies, and communities around North America. I am friendly, easy-going, open to new ideas, and always interested in hearing ways to do things better.
