Video Editor - Interview Style & BTS Hormozi Capture

Social Media Agency looking for a video editor with 3 main requirements (please do not apply if you do not meet all 3):

1. Turn around times of no longer than 1 week for 20-25 videos. Sooner the better
2. Must be able to edit down interview style content into smaller bite size pieces (*not AI edits like Opus or Munch style, looking for a good splicer).
3. Looking for custom graphics fitted to the topic at hands, not just templates reused over and over again and engaging fonts for interview style and bts short form content
4. Must be willing to do a sample edit to see your style with a given project

BONUS if have experience in long form content & youtube but not required

TIME: Turn around times are very important, please only apply if you can return videos within time requirements (about 3-5/day). Typically I will give you raw footage seperated with notes on splicing for hook, value add and call to action, there will be anywhere from 5-20 raw video topics and need to be shortened to 30 sec-1 min videos. Training included for how to identify key hooks and make the most engaging content possible. Sometimes it will be more BTS footage like a 30 min clip and I'll be looking for that clip to be broken up into 3-5 min segments or individual videos

STYLE: Some graphics are good but not overly done and looking for someone that can create custom ones fitted to the speakers conversation (see samples below). We shoot a lot of interview style and BTS style conversations more ENGAGING, slicing, caption, zoom and jump cuts and other tools are great to keep the audience attention. Looking for an editor with a specific eye for identifying the most intriguing parts of a video and finding creative ways to interest the audience and increase their watch time.

Storytelling is key for our clients, you will have access to folder of additional footage of them to insert throughout the video and visually tell their story with flashbacks of their past, time with family and working. We work with a lot of entrepreneurs that are telling their story on social media so looking for an editor who doesn't mind taking the time to customize this to each client and their story (see long form example stories below).

Communication is key. All team communication will be via slack team channel. Looking for a long term position, this is for you, we have steady flow of incoming content that needs edits.
