Airbnb Customer Service / Operational Manager Wanted

**What You’ll Do:**
As our Operations Manager & Airbnb Specialist, you'll keep our homeowners happy and ensure that guests have an amazing stay at our properties across the U.S. You will handle the following:
- Airbnb (and other booking platforms) support issues (including removing reviews)
- Communicate with guests
- Handle additional operational tasks
- Help keep homes in excellent condition
- Help create content and manage social media
- Work with both online and in-person teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve our operations and make our workplace fun.


**What You Need:**
* ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
* Excellent at solving problems and quick to learn new things.
* Vast experience and knowledge working with Airbnb and other Booking Platforms
* Vast experience and knowledge working with Guesty
* Must have a reliable internet connection.


**Who We’re Looking For:**
* Understands basic home systems like heating, electrical, and plumbing.
* Always has a positive attitude.
* Has experience in managing rental properties or hotels.
* Prior Social Media Creation / Management experience

* Earn between $6-$8 per hour, depending on your experience.
