Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This remote position will involve providing administrative support to our General Manager and executive team, as well as handling various office-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Assist the General Manager and executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
-Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling.
-Coordinate meetings and appointments.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
-Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings via Teams calls.
-Maintain organized electronic files and documents.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
-Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when necessary.
-Provide general office support, such as answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.

Requirements:
-Experience working in a remote environment.
-Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
-Experience with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable internet connection and availability during Mountain Time (GMT-7) office hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Work Schedule:

Part-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Mountain Time GMT-7)
