FBA Logistics Coordinator for Amazon Brand Management Agency

We are looking for a super-organized, detail-oriented person to oversee supply-chain management for our clients. Tasks will include:
- Determining replenishment quantities
- Issuing POs
- Coordinating with Distributors and 3PLs
- Creating “Send to Amazon” shipment plans
- Reconciling POs to Packing Lists and Invoices

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Thinks like a bookkeeper, (no accounting qualifications necessary)
- Super organized
- Detail-oriented
- Tenacious in seeing problems resolved
- Good with numbers and basic math
- Good at asking questions to clarify objectives
- Able to both create and follow SOPs.
- Efficiently manage and organize data using Google Sheets
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity in Google Sheets
- Experience in automating repetitive tasks in Google Sheets (preferred, not required)
- Can handle various projects at once (related or non-related)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
- Excellent English reading and writing
- Fast internet and computer processor
- Must be willing to work on US time zone (EST) 7am-3pm EST

This position is Full Time (40 hours a week) and will have consistent evaluations throughout their time working for us. We will provide all the necessary tools, training and processes for you to perform.
