Collections Agent

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage the process of collecting tickets from local municipalities
Manage the collection of toll charges and bill customers correctly
Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail
Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner
Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
Identifies big picture trends/issues and recommends solutions to expand and improve the DriveWhip fleet
