About Us:
We are a growing Amazon wholesale company specializing in brand direct relationships. Our mission is to provide high-quality products to customers while maintaining strong partnerships with our 150+ brands.
As we expand, we are looking for a Remote Employee to join our team and support us in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize Amazon seller account, including product listings, inventory management, order processing and Seller Central cases (Knowledge of troubleshooting listing variation issues, incorrect product brand names, etc. helpful).
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on Amazon.
Instruct and manage product research team. (currently team of two)
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of orders.
Handle general administrative tasks such as
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with Amazon seller central and other e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong initiative, organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Knowledge of Brand Direct wholesale is a plus.
