Quickbooks Specialist

I Need a QB Specialist who values efficiency, accuracy, and expertise in financial management, and we are looking for a skilled individual to handle our QuickBooks accounting software.

Responsibilities:
Recording and categorizing financial transactions accurately and timely.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assisting with financial audits and providing necessary documentation.
Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and following security protocols.
Recording and categorizing financial transactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with US tax regulations.
Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data in accordance with US accounting standards.
Generating financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, with a strong understanding of US financial reporting requirements.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes while adhering to US tax and regulatory guidelines.


Qualifications
Proven experience as a QuickBooks Specialist or similar role with a strong background in US tax and regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software and its functionalities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
