Key Responsibilities:
Email
Monitor and manage
Respond to replies from leads, adding them to an "Out of Office" campaign if applicable.
Arrange calls with leads who express interest via
LinkedIn Campaign Management:
Monitor and manage LinkedIn campaigns using Outreachly.
Use sequences to manage lead replies, restarting sequences if the reply is a simple greeting.
Tailor the first message in the sequence to focus on the business if it contains a question for the lead.
Lead Engagement:
Respond promptly to leads across both platforms.
Ensure personalised and professional communication with all leads.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions.
Update lead status and information in the relevant platforms.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Experience with lead generation and outreach platforms, preferably Outreachly and Instantly.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and
Communication Skills:
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to tailor messages to suit different lead types and scenarios.
Organisational Skills:
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong time management skills to ensure timely responses to leads.
Interpersonal Skills:
Customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
