As a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is pivotal in optimizing our CEO's effectiveness by managing administrative tasks, enhancing communication, and ensuring smooth operations within our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the CEO’s
• Draft and send out high-quality correspondences
2. Scheduling and Coordination:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for business travel and events.
• Prepare and organize materials for conferences and demos, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
3. Operational Support:
• Facilitate daily operations by answering calls, managing information flow, and purchasing necessary items for business activities.
• Follow up with customers and partners, enhancing our commitment to excellent service and engagement.
4. Research and Reporting:
• Conduct research on relevant industry developments and compile information to keep the leadership informed and ahead of trends.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations that contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an executive support role, with a track record of impeccable organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• A detail-oriented approach, capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential for candidates demonstrating relevant skills and experience.
