E-Commerce - Graphic Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Graphic Designer. You'll be collaborating with an exciting startup composed of enthusiastic and young professionals who are eager for growth and opportunities. Your role will involve working directly with clients who support various e-commerce brands.

Salary Rate: PHP 50,000 - 75,000 per month.

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks
Design and produce engaging multimedia content for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, and social media.
Edit video footage to create clear, engaging, and cohesive pieces that align with our brand and communication goals.
Create high-quality static designs, including infographics, banners, and digital advertisements.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-impact visuals.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, and proactively suggest improvements to increase the effectiveness of our visual communications.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, ensuring best practices in both video and graphic design are followed.
Maintain archive of images, photos, and previous work products for potential future use.
Additional tasks as assigned

The Requirements
3+ years of design experience using Adobe Suite of design tools (primarily Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
Experience designing from established Brand Guidelines and Creative Briefs
Experience with motion and animation (basic to intermediate proficiency ok)
Solid understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
An eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively translate client needs into design solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Has experience working in a Graveyard Shift
Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST)

NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience with Figma is a nice-to-have
