Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our inventory of organic ingredients and finished products. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational and analytical mindset, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all stock-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and efficiency.
Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to monitor stock movements and maintain precise records.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to address any discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to accurately forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the team to understand and address inventory needs and challenges.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage any issues related to supply delays.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements in inventory management practices.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy, reducing waste, and optimizing storage and handling processes.

Additional Duties:

Provide coverage for the Logistics Manager, assisting with goods-in processes.
Support the Purchasing Coordinator by preparing quotes and placing orders when necessary.
