Video Editor For Nurses to Riches YouTube Channel (MUST BE EXPERIENCED)

Hi,

My name is Jason. I have a YouTube channel called "Nurses To Riches" Upgrade to see actual info where I talk about finance and nursing.

I've been working with an editor for 1 year and unfortunately am having to look for a new one at this time. The video editor I am looking for should be punctual and have an obsession with keeping a viewers attention with graphics, animations, and b roll.

The editor should also be able to edit podcast, vlog-style or talking head videos.

I make videos that can range from 8 minutes (vlog-style or talking-head) to 1+ hour (podcast-style video). I upload 1 podcast and 1 vlog-style video per week and would like to have the editing part of my business handled by a full-time editor.

I typically use DaVinci resolve because I switched to it from Premiere Pro but I still use Premiere Pro to edit my shorts with captions. So, I am fine with my editor working with any of those two programs--please no editors who edit in CapCut, iMovie, movie maker, other third-party editors.

I will initially pay $250 every week for 1 long-form podcast video and 1 long-form vlog-style or talking-head video per week but will definitely increase your salary over time ($1,500+ per month or more) as the channel begins to earn more money.

There is potential for much much higher pay in the near future (around 3 to 6 months) because I am putting things in place to increase my business income.
