RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make YouTube thumbnails that grab attention and get clicks
- Design engaging content for Jordan on social media, email, and the website
- A/B/C/D Testing is something you love, because the data will help us create more of the best stuff.
- Create interesting and educational content for Jordan on Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Generate awesome ideas: Think up new and exciting concepts for posts that catch everyone's eye and go viral.
- Ability or willingness to become exceptional with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (possibly After Effects) and Figma among other tools.

HIRING PROCESS

4. Maybe a 2nd interview to confirm if we both see a fit
