The Role (Webflow Developer)
We are searching for a talented Webflow developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high-quality websites using Webflow. You will work closely with our CTO, development team and project manager to ensure projects meet all requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop web pages and digital assets using Webflow
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance website functionality
- Implement responsive designs that provide an optimal experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Maintain and update existing websites, prioritizing performance and security
- Continuously explore new features and functionalities within Webflow to elevate user experience and site capabilities
- Apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine ranking

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience developing websites with Webflow
- Strong understanding of web design principles (layout, typography, color theory, etc)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience with CMS integration (Content Management Systems)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Experience with animations and interactions in Webflow
- Experience with e-commerce development
