We’re currently in search of a skilled Appointment Setter to contribute to our thriving sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, adept at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure. With a keen ability to learn quickly and negotiate effectively, they will present our services compellingly. Given responsibilities such as delivering presentations, networking, and participating in trade shows, our sales representative must exude professionalism and approachability.
Objectives of this Role:
Initiate calls to prospects and arrange appointments
Represent our services with a nuanced understanding and conduct consumer research to align solutions with needs
Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly targets through strategic sales and marketing approaches
Cultivate leads, establish connections, and organize daily tasks to engage existing and potential sales channels
Formulate and execute territory-specific plans based on thorough data analysis, adjusting strategies based on field interactions and outcomes
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure stellar service and uncover new sales avenues
Identify prospects, schedule appointments, conduct impactful sales calls, and oversee the sales cycle for new business across service categories
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, conduct effective demos, and address objections proficiently
Prepare polished reports, proposals, and presentations for executive-level meetings
Attain sales targets by understanding client needs and employing a structured selling approach, often utilizing product demonstrations
Collaborate with fellow sales professionals to meet company benchmarks, conducting market research and monitoring competitors regularly
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
Demonstrated personal integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Track record of surpassing quotas
