We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can strategize, curate, and create social content that is aligned with our brand’s core values, mission, and vision to increase our brand’s relevance and influence on Social Media Platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Create curated content that attracts the target audience.
Strategize content ideas that will attract the target audience
Write meaningful & engaging captions aligned by values and content pillars
Collect & Organize all content available for repurposing
Strategically Broadcast content that will drive traffic further in the awareness stages.
Strategically schedule posts to reach as many people as possible
Post relevant content that is leveraged by the current trends
Maintain social platforms to make sure broadcasts are done smoothly
Engage with the audience for audience retention & new content creation
Engage with the audience for 1 hour on each social platform
Create campaigns that would build audience relationships
Gather all feedback from the audience for business process improvement
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a social media manager or digital marketer
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Requirements:
