- Transaction coordination for real estate files
- Efficient communication with clients to handle clients' request and follow procedures to help them resolve issues;
- Prepare, explain and help fill out related technical paperwork and documents;
- Prepare and/or translate marketing materials;
- Keep track of files and documents on shared folders
- Make cold and warm calls for lead generation
- Primary working language for all above items: English
- Having Social media manager experience is a bonus
