Trading Virtual Assistant

Our mission is to leverage market opportunities through strategic trading decisions backed by data-driven insights. We are seeking a highly motivated Trading Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our trading operations.

Role Overview: As a Trading Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our trading activities across various markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, and futures. Your primary responsibility will be to track trades, manage databases, and generate comprehensive reports that contribute to our decision-making process. This role does not require coding experience, as the focus is on operational support and data management. Training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track trades across various platforms and markets in real-time.
Maintain and update trading logs and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities, including performance metrics, profit/loss statements, and market analysis summaries.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefings for internal strategy meetings.
Collaborate with the trading team to identify areas for operational improvements and implement solutions.
Stay informed about market trends, news, and developments in stocks, cryptocurrencies, and futures trading.
Perform administrative tasks related to trading activities as needed.
Qualifications:

Strong interest in financial markets, particularly in stocks, cryptocurrencies, and futures trading.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
No prior coding experience required.
Previous experience in a trading or financial environment is a plus, but not necessary.
