Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Professional to upgrade and refine our safety documentation and procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our health and safety practices are comprehensive, up-to-date, and effectively implemented across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
Review and enhance our current Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems.
Develop and update safety documentation to meet industry standards and legal requirements.
Create and implement a schedule for regular toolbox meetings and other necessary safety training sessions.
Ensure all safety materials are easily accessible and understood by staff.
Work with management to implement new safety tools and protocols.
Monitor compliance with safety procedures and provide regular reports to management.
Provide training and support to staff to foster a safety-first culture.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Health and Safety Professional.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards, particularly in the mining and agricultural sectors.
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Relevant certifications in health and safety
