About Alt Digital: Alt Digital is a dynamic and innovative Staffing/ consulting firm based in USA. focused on Financial services and Insurance providers and Fin tech firms , dedicated to providing tech talent. We are currently looking for a motivated and versatile Technical Recruiter & Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on strengthening our recruiting efforts, enhancing client relationships, and supporting our internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Recruiting and Candidate Outreach (50%)
• Lead the recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
• Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
2. Client Outreach (20%)
• Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Support business development activities by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and communicating our value proposition.
• Participate in virtual networking events and forums to promote ALT Digital and identify new business opportunities.
3. Operations (30%)
• Assist the founder with daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Manage timekeeping and coordination with contractors to ensure smooth project executions.
• Handle onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing and managing paperwork and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to employment and workplace operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and operations platforms like Rippling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 as a daily operational tool.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
