About Our Company:
As an established and growing company, we're looking for a professional and enthusiastic Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This role offers significant potential for growth and long-term engagement, including regular wage increases and bonuses for outstanding performance. I've been the primary Google Ads specialist for 16 years and am looking to hand off my daily tasks so I can focus on growing the business and team. You will be an integral part of that growth!

Job Overview:
You will start by managing PPC campaigns for one or two clients on an hourly contract basis, with the potential to expand to a monthly salary and additional clients based on performance. We are looking for someone who not only has the skills to optimize PPC campaigns but also brings a proactive and positive attitude to our team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective paid search strategies.
Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns across Google AdWords and sometimes Bing.
Manage search platform accounts and participate in keyword selection and audience targeting.
Monitor budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI.
Track and report on KPIs, identifying and resolving issues.
Write compelling ad copy and manage campaign structure.
Utilize Google's ad creator to develop responsive image ads.
Conduct A/B/C testing for ad copy and landing pages, reporting results comprehensively.
Innovate and expand campaigns and strategies across multiple channels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PPC and SEM trends to enhance campaign success.

Requirements:
High speed internet
Proven PPC management and digital marketing experience.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing concepts, and multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn).
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends).
Basic understanding of HTML and XML.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Access to reliable high-speed internet.
At least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and skilled in retargeting campaigns.

Preferred Skills:
Creative copywriting and strong mathematical ability.
Familiarity with SEM and mobile marketing techniques.
Experience with Facebook Ads management.
