Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound lead generation, conducting sales calls, managing leads via CRM systems, handling social media accounts, and managing inbound leads generated from advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound lead generation via social media to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Make sales calls to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Manage leads efficiently using CRM software, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are documented.
- Handle inbound leads generated from advertising campaigns, responding promptly and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Assist in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales conversions.
- Unfollow bad leads to maintain a clean and relevant contact list.
- Follow up on potential leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Direct message new followers on social media platforms to initiate engagement.
- Promptly reply to direct messages (DMs) from clients or potential leads.
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Update attendance records and notify relevant parties of any renewals.
- Manage and update CRM stages to reflect the current status of leads.
- Update email marketing software with relevant information.
- Reach out to old leads for follow-ups and create additional touchpoints to reignite interest.
- Optimize advertising campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Schedule emails
-Promptly respond to texts and emails from clients or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as paying bills
- Post content on various platforms according to a predetermined schedule.
- Create ad creatives to support marketing campaigns.
- Add group trainees to scheduling software
- Collect and add contact information to Jotform or similar platforms.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation and sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and tracking.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
