Looking For An Experienced Real Estate / Property Research Assistant

I'm looking for someone experienced in doing RESEARCH for REAL ESTATE / PROPERTY to help me with some tasks

Some of the tasks I'm looking for help with look something like this....

Working from a spreadsheet of property addresses:

-- Go to tax assessor websites to find current property owner details
-- Then go to websites like TruePeopleSearch and InstantCheckmate to find contact info for current property owner
-- Verify this contact info

-- Do google searches to find photos of property and other research tasks about specific property

-- Updating main spreadsheet with this verified, additional information

-- Adding this information into a HubSpot account to help keep daily outreach tracked and organized
