Job Brief
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Support professional to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager: Sales & Marketing, the Marketing & Sales Support role is essential in providing administrative support to our marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will have marketing experience with excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Active Campaign is essential, along with experience in integrating marketing and sales systems. Desirable qualifications include an understanding of real estate marketing and sales processes, graphic design experience, and familiarity with accounting software. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our marketing and sales initiatives, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Marketing experience with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with experience in administration and implementation of compatible systems. Salesforce Trailblazer qualifications essential.
Knowledge and experience in automating marketing and sales activities, specifically with Active Campaign.
Experience in integrating marketing and sales systems, particularly Salesforce and Active Campaign.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Teams, Excel, and Word.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).
Responsibilities
Provide marketing and sales administration support to the General Manager – Marketing & Sales and marketing and sales personnel.
Deliver all relevant documentation, reports, correspondence, and materials related to the listing and/or sales of retirement accommodation at Villages represented by Vision.
Create, update, and maintain website listings for all property websites and property/village websites including
Manage vendor files in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maximize integration of sales and marketing processes.
Streamline automation of inquiries through Salesforce and Active Campaign to ensure timely and accurate responses.
