Introduction:
My name is Paolo and me, and my business partner Chris are Filipino Entrepreneurs looking for a long-term Cold Caller/Appointment setter Specialist to make up to 100 cold calls per day and book appointments on our calendar. We are a YouTube marketing company that works with real estate agents and marketing professionals to generate more business through YouTube.

The culture that we've built within our team is like a family. We are all Filipino and can understand Tagalog and Bisaya, but we require you to speak fluent English.

This isn’t your typical cold-calling job. You will have access to training and actual recordings of cold calls & appointments that have been made. We will provide a proven script to speak with real estate agents. Experience with real estate is a plus.

What you will be doing:
You will call real estate agents, tell them about our services, and book appointments directly into our calendar.

We will provide you with a high conversion script to speak with real estate agents/Mortgage Professionals and book appointments. You will receive a portion of commission of each booked appointment that you set on our calendar.

Job Requirements:
Have AMERICAN ACCENT
Be Fully Fluent in English
Real estate experience is a PLUS
Required to attend daily 30-minute meetings for call review every weekday
Communicate through WhatsApp

Must have experience with:
1. Lead Sourcing
2. Cold Calling
3. Sales Follow Up
4. CRM
5. Appointment Setting with Personal Calendar

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Call phone numbers and watch YouTube Videos of real estate agents & Mortgage Brokers
2. Leave detailed notes for each call
3. Book Sales meetings through calendar platform

Requirements:

Job Requirements
1. 30-minute meetings every weekday
2. Less than 1-hour response time during working hours
3. Communication primarily through WhatsApp
4. Task Management through Notion
5. Fast and reliable internet
6. Fluent in English
7. Payoneer Account to be paid

PAY: Base $250 Monthly + Commission per showed up appointment. +BONUS per appointment closed. This will vary depending on skill. If you have ability to set multiple appointments that end up closing, then you can easily make anywhere from $600 - $800+
